Francisco Arevalo, CFP®, ChFC®
Financial Advisor
Francisco Arevalo doesn’t just help people plan for their future—he’s been training for it his whole life.
Born and raised in Salinas, California, Francisco grew up in a family where hard work wasn’t just encouraged—it was expected. His father always says, “There’s no lazy person that owns a ranch,” and that lesson stuck. It’s guided Francisco from his first piano recitals as a kid, through years of early morning soccer practices, and into his career as a financial advisor.
College soccer took him from Salinas to Hastings, Nebraska, where he played in a national final, captained his team for three years, and made First-Team Academic All-American. He also started Hope120, a mental health awareness organization, and launched a podcast called The Unknown, all while finding time to volunteer and connect with his community. Francisco’s passion for mentorship and mental health is more than talk—he’s supported Salinas youth soccer, volunteered through the Downtown Salinas Rotary Club, and remained active in the Salinas Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Francisco’s journey into finance started with simple conversations with his dad about money and finance. He realized early on that he wanted to help people—real people, with real challenges and dreams—get where they want to go. By age 25, Francisco earned his CFP® certification. That means he’ll be here for his clients for decades to come, building relationships and guiding families for the long haul.
Francisco wants his clients to know him as a good listener, a natural problem-solver, and someone who values trust above all. He believes financial planning isn’t just about products or strategies—it’s about seeing the bigger picture and helping people take meaningful steps toward creating the lives they want. One of the most rewarding moments of his career? Helping a now disabled client get his affairs in order before he lost the ability to do so himself. That kind of pre-emptive impact, Francisco says, is what makes the hard work worth it.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Francisco running, spending time with friends and family (including his girlfriend Crystal and their dog Peque).
Francisco builds his practice and his relationships based on integrity, trust, and a genuine desire to give back—both to the community that raised him and the college that shaped him. He’s here for the long run, planting seeds for trees he may never see, knowing that the real rewards come from helping others grow.
Whether you’re just starting out or looking to secure your family’s future, Francisco would love to meet you, hear your story, and help you take the next step.
